What Cape Cod Homeowners Say
Joseph Cozad
September 23, 2025
I first hired Joe to do a simple task to fix a ceiling fan. Just on that one task he did a great job. On time, quick, cost effective. Over the passed couple of years he has done more complex things for me, repainted my condo, replaced appliances, replace the wood floors in my condo, and gone out of his way help out with emergency fixes. Joe is dependable and reliable, and does top quality work. He goes the extra mile, and always has done an amazing an excellent job no matter how small or how big of a job I ask him. I have hired many contractors over the years and you couldn't ask for a better person to do general contracting work for you.
